Title:	Development of the new ToT-based silicon strip detector readout chip.
Abstract:	The Time-over-Threshold method for measuring the pulse energy has been used in pixel-detector readout chips and other application. We adapt this method for the CBM STS silicon strip detector readout. The actual results of the functional and feasibility studies together with simulations are presented.
