Title:	Multiplicity Correlation Patterns as the Probes for Spatially Dependent Short and Long Range Correlations in Relativistic Heavy Ion Collisions
Abstract:	Neighboring and fixed-to-arbitrary bin multiplicity correlation patterns are suggested to be two generalized measures for spatially dependent short and long range multiplicity correlations in ultra-relativistic heavy ion collisions. It is demonstrated by PYTHIA for p + p collisions, RQMD and AMPT for Au + Au collisions, that the rapidity and azimuthal correlation patterns are sensitive to the underlying dynamics of the collision system. A position and distance independent rapidity correlation patterns are observed in more central Au + Au collisions at $\sqrt s_{NN}}=200$ GeV in AMPT model, which is in consistent with corresponding data from RHIC.
