Title:	Fluctuations in Heavy Ion Collisions
Abstract:	We present on overview of fluctuation measurements in heavy ion collisions at SPS and RHIC energies. Systematic studies of the energy and system size dependence of different fluctuation signals allow us to trace the origin of the signals to different stages of the collision process, from the initial collision geometry to the hadronization process. The challenges of extracting fluctuation signals generated dynamically in the evolution of the QGP or at the transition to the hadronic phase will be discussed.
