Title:	Overview: EXL and RHIB developments
Abstract:	An overview will be given on the developments which have been performed within the Joint Research Activities EXL and RHIB. Both JRAs aim at improvements for the experimental infrastructures to study reactions with radioactive beams. The EXL programme is focussed on developments for scattering experiments in a storage ring. Such expeiments will allow in particular the investigation of reactions at low momentum transfer which cannot be studied with external targets. The RHIB programme comprises several research and development acticities towards extending the capabilities of reaction studies in complete kinematics as performed presently at LAND-R3B at GSI. In particular, the extension of the physics programme will be possible due to new detection schemes and high rate capability.
