Title:	Imaging Interferometer for Ion-Beam Driven HEDP Experiments
Abstract:	An imaging line displacement interferometer in a Twyman-Green configuration has been constructed and commissioned in heavy-ion beam driven HED physics experiments at the HHT area of GSI. Spatial pressure profiles of boiling lead heated by intense uranium beam have been determined by detecting the motion of a sapphire window due to the impact of expanding target material. The interferograms recorded with a streak camera were analyzed using a Fourier-transform based method and the spatial velocity profiles were obtained with a time resolution of about 50 ns. An overview of the interferometer set-up, interferogram analysis method and preliminary results are given in this paper.
