Deadline for booking of reserved hotel rooms : Jan 31th, 2012

Early registration deadline ( conference fee 280 € ) : March 7th, 2012

Submission of abstracts: April 15th, 2012

Final registration deadline (conference fee 320 €): April 30th, 2012

The conference fee includes: Sunday evening reception on June 10th, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner ( three-course menus ).
