Title:	Calculations of the transition energies and isotope shifts in heavy atoms with vacancies in the inner shells
Abstract:	High-precision calculations of the X-ray lines and the related isotope shifts in heavy atoms are performed. The calculations start with the Dirac-Fock method [1] and include the Breit, electron-correlation, and quantum electrodynamics corrections. The nuclear charge distribution is taken into account within the Fermi model. The approximation in which the energy is averaged over all atomic terms of the nonrelativistic valence configuration is employed. The validity of this approximation was previously demonstrated in calculations of the binding energies, the isotope and chemical shifts of X-ray lines with large natural widths [2].
