Title:	Electron Spectroscopy in Storage Rings : Authentic and Precise Messengers from Extreme Fields in Superheavy Quasi-Molecules
Abstract:	In collisions of heavy ions with atoms a profuse production of electrons with energies ranging up to hundreds of keV for the heaviest systems is observed. We show how using bare and H-like decelerated heavy-ion beams in storage rings the observation of electron an x ray emission will elucidate the huge enhancements in probability for excitation and subsequent deexcitation of vacancies created in inner shells. This will give a convenient access to determination of binding energies of the innermost orbitals in superheavy quasi-molecules with Zα>1.
