Title:	Status and Outlook of Investigations in the field of Relativistic Atomic Physics at the VBLHEP Accelerator Complex
Abstract:	Starting from 1993 year at the superconducting synchrotron "Nuclotron", by using foil and fiber internal targets, the nuclear physical exsperiments are carring out. For operative control of the target interaction with the circulating beam and its space characteristics the light radiation of the targets is used. At now we can to used the nuclear beams with charge of 1=<Z<=26 and energy from 5 MeV/u up to some GeV/u. After provided at now modernization, at the "Nuclotron-M" the experiments with Z<=79 and energy up to 4.5 GeV/u are planning. The station has six changing internal targets: fibres with diameters of 8-10 micron (C, Al, Fe, Cu, W) and polyethylene strip (CH2) with the thickness of 10 micron and the width of 3 mm. Apart from the photons the electrons are carring out the information about ion (nucleus) interaction with the target atoms. Previously a new method for operative control of the luminosity in these experiments by means of delta-electrons is considered. Electromagnetic analyzer with two dipoles for the electron spectroscopy was proposed and at now is manufactoring. In order to minimize the influence of the atom nuclei on the delta-eletrons the average detecting angle of 9 degree respect to the beam was choosed. Using this setup one can also to investigate the creation of electron jets from multi electron target atoms during there interaction with the super high electromagnetic field from relativistic highly charge ions or nuclei.
