Title:	Effects of fullerene confining potential on atomic ionization by intense VUV femtosecond pulses
Abstract:	Ionization by femtosecond intense VUV pulses of hydrogen atoms trapped inside a fullerene cage is studied theoretically by solving the time-dependent Schroedinger equation (TDSE) by the matrix iteration method [1]. The fullerene cages are modeled by spherical square well potentials. Ionization from the ground 1s and metastable 2s states in the main and the above threshold ionization (ATI) lines is considered.
