Title:	Progress report on CMOS sensors adapted to the MVD
Abstract:	Progress achieved in the last 6 months on the development of CMOS sensors foreseen to equip the Micro Vertex Detector will be presented. The talk will focuss on beam tests of a fast sensor architecture providing discriminated outputs, on a pixel architecture featuring high non-ionising radiation tolerance and on various system integration aspects, including thinning. An outlook will be provided, highglighting activities foreseen in the coming 2 years.
