Title:	Transient Dielectric effects on RPC dynamics
Abstract:	The role of the resistive plate as a dielectric, not only as a resistive part, in the RPC is a very important point to be considered on the search of a better high rate tRPCs. We focuse in the transient states of the RPC to design a MC with the dielectrics dynamics in mind. This model can achieve a good agreement with the data that we had already taken on the transient states of ordinary float glass used in the Hades RPCs under a varying irradiation.
