Title:	Wide-range models for optical, transport, and thermodynamic properties of WDM and laser plasmas
Abstract:	The wide-range models for high frequency electrical conductivity, permittivity, thermoconductivity, electron-ion relaxation rate, non-equilibrium ionization rate and equilibrium ion charges, ionization potentials and EOSes of the WDM and plasmas, created under the action of intense laser pulses on solid targets will be elaborated for simple and noble metals. The models will be based, from one hand, on the semi-empirical approach, with use of data on complex reflective index of the laser heated matter, and from another hand, on the fundamental theories and first-principle calculations.
