statement on interest:	I study the fragmentation mechanism of gold nanoparticles into finer ones in liquid environment. It is the instability of the charged drop of liquid which lies at the root of this mechanism. The estimates of the critical parameter of fragmentation, namely a particle charge, were made. The results of the numerical solution to the problem of heat conductivity for a gold nanoparticle under laser radiation, are reported. The analytical solution to the problem of electron emission from a nanoparticle surface is obtained.
