statement on interest:	The study of High Energy Density (HED) matter becomes more and more important for basic and applied physics, as well as the industrial applications. The HED matter generated by the laser and intense heavy ion beams is very promising. Enlightened by the HED research at GSI, a new project for the research of HED physics is proposed at Institute of Modern Physics with different parameters. Before the construction of facility, extensively numerical simulation is necessary to investigate the possible states. I try to study the HED physics following the pioneering work given by Prof. Hoffmann et al. at Darmstadt. Analytically, the energy loss of HIBs penetrates plasma and the instabilities of HED state will be investigated based on hydrodynamics and plasma theory, also with the strong correlated method. Numerically, we try to consider all HED states generated at the future facilities with the 2D code and 3D code step by step. Finally, we hope the studies will be instructive for the experiments at the future facilities. In this Laser-School, I am interesting in the following topics: 1. Non-linear optics in relativistic regime 2. Quantum electrodynamics in superstrong fields 3. Intense laser and particle beams
